  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original as-sold condition.
  • Beds, Cat Furniture, Seasonal Items, Apparel and Clearance Items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Crates, Kennels and Carriers are not eligible for return, exchange for size only and must be in new, unused, and as-sold condition.
  • Electronic Training Items are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Defective items under manufacturer’s warranty may be exchanged (with receipt) at any time during the warranty period.
  • Special Order Items are not eligible for return.
  • Bulbs/Ballasts/Batteries are not eligible for return.
  • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
